Your wedding photos capture the essence of your big day so you can reminisce the joy of your union for years to come. Choosing the right photographer to invest with is a big decision. For me, rapport with my clients is paramount. You may be shy to step in front the camera or love getting photos taken, if you are comfortable interacting with me, you will have fun. I guide my couples with friendly directions to get the best angles & capture the best lighting.

As a photographer my aim is to combine right timing with composition and work unobserved. My non-intrusive photo journalism approach helps my clients to relax and be present in their moments of happiness rather than focus on posing for the camera. In my work I strive to capture the natural sense of style of my clients. My shooting style is versatile dependent on lighting, conditions, and the essence of my clients.
How do we book?
Juts drop me an email once you decide on the coverage. I will send you the contract so you can lock in my services by putting down a $500 deposit.
Do we need a Beach Permit?
Yes. All beaches on Kauai are public by law. Any commercial activity on public beaches requires a beach permit.
How many locations do packages cover?
1 hour is good for one location. Two locations for 2 hours and in 3 hours we can do 3-4 locations. (Locations should be close: 30 min drive time in between). The 6 hour package is geared more towards weddings with big groups that getting ready photos, lots of family photos, reception coverage etc.
What about the weather?
In case we get rained out, we will reschedule to the best time per both of our schedules. Passing showers from low & fast moving clouds are common on Kauai and are not an issue. In case of a big storm, we will know from the forecast and plan accordingly. Forecast is only accurate about 12-24 hours out as weather changes very fast here with a lot of microclimates.
Do we select images?
I do the work of selecting the best images for you. As I know my shooting and editing style the best, I have a good idea of which images will turn out great after the edits. I go through all the images to get your top photos.
Do we get raw images?
I do shoot in RAW but do not share RAW files. You will receive Hi-Res JPEG files. RAW file is basically my canvas on which I make my art. A RAW file holds an enormous amount of data that I use to create my signature edit.
How much photoshop do you use?
My editing style involves optimizing the composition & color tones to capture your authentic connection amid the beauty of the landscape. All images on my website are edited with my unique editing style. I do not use presets so as to avoid all images having exactly the same tones. Each image is given individual attention to get the best out of it. Extensive photoshop such as hair & body modifications are not included.
